The accused will appear in Armadale Magistrates Court in January.

The incident was filmed by a witness in another car and only came to an end when a bystander intervened.

In a pre-Christmas message, Road Safety Minister David Michael urged drivers to show patience while behind the wheel.

“If someone cuts you off, just drive on. You don’t need to engage with them,” he said.
