A WA police officer is in a critical condition in hospital in Europe after she was injured in a cliff fall while on a dream getaway.
Ella Cutler suffered life-threatening injuries when she and a 34-year-old man she was with fell 10m from a clifftop in Pile, Croatia on August 26.
The “devoted public servant” is now receiving around-the-clock care in a Dubrovnik hospital and her family is desperate to bring the 25-year-old home.

“We cannot even begin to convey how frightened we are for her and how important it is for her to come home,” her brother Joshua Cutler said.
“She has too much living left to do, too many people to help, and too much love to give for this to be how this chapter ends.
“She has a long, hard road ahead of her and she will need all the help she can get.”

Ella’s injury list includes multiple fractures to her skull spine, ribs and several limbs and she also punctured both lungs in the fall.
According to reports, her travel insurance claim has so far been knocked back.

In a positive development, it is understood she has started to breathe independently
Loved ones have flown to be by her side, but medical bills have already surged past $100,000 and are rising by the day.
Her family is hoping to raise $500,000 to cover hospital fees and an air ambulance on GoFundMe to bring her home.
“She will require many more months of care, multiple surgeries and months of physical rehabilitation before she is able to impact the world as she once did,” Josh said.
“She can’t do this alone and neither can we.”
